Return Process

  Complete the Break-in Period

  To ensure your body has time to adjust to the support of a Big Fig, we require a minimum 30-night trial before initiating a return.

  Contact Support

  If you still feel the mattress isn't right for you, email our sleep experts with your order number to start your return or exchange request.

• 3.
  Schedule Removal

  We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the removal is confirmed by our partner, we will process a full refund of your purchase price to your original payment method.
